We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Potato2Up project, which aimed to improve potato cultivation through biological practices and remote sensing technologies. The project, under code M16ΣΥΝ2 00222, was implemented in the region of Perithori, P.E. Drama, at an altitude of 600 meters, where the unique soil and climatic conditions contributed to the successful application of innovative methods.
The Potato2Up project highlighted the importance of combining biostimulants, defense activators (hydrochloric chitosan), and remote sensing technologies for sustainable and high-quality potato production, reducing the need for chemical inputs and enhancing plant resilience to diseases and environmental stresses.
